how it was bent...oh...and the story behind the whole thing: I had to grind alot of stuff with out glasses or gloves to protect me..and i didnt want to dirty any shirts so i just wore a t-shirt...so no sleeves either...and i also cut my self on it some where...But then i bent it with my bear hands!...pretty good I'd say. Im not sure if I should spray paint it...or make a slip coverish thing out of fancy paper, or cloth...cloth is probally better...hmm..that is for another day though
